If you are searching for Diesel car ban in Delhi latest news today then Delhi government have implemented ban on BS 3 petrol and BS 4 diesel cars again under the (GRAP) Centre Graded Response Action Plan . Ban was implemented on from 09-01-2025 Thursday night . The panel which monitor air quality and pollution level called Air Quality Management . That panel have suggested that it is important to implement GRAP stage 3 after Delhi air quality lower and reaches 350 mark .

Grap 3 restrictions in Delhi today
Under the new rules the ban on bs 3 petrol engine and bs 4 diesel engine vehicles are restricted . But the peoples with disabilities are not restricted according to this rule . Peoples with disabilities can still use their vehicles . For other persons who don’t follow this rule and found in violation can be fined upto 20000 rupees . For other vehicles , drivers require to carry Pollution under control certificate (PUCC) . If they don’t carry pollution control certificate then they can also fined upto Rs 10000 .
Government also don’t allow petrol cars and diesel cars which are more than 15 years old . If someone found driving old cars , that person can face heavy fine . If you are old vehicle or if you have vehicle that is under ban then you can use public transport .
